Pre-FCST Program

This introductory level program is great for the young swimmer that is interested in getting their feet wet in the world of competitive swimming either through FCST or through their neighborhood recreational team. With a small coach-to-swimmer ratio, the focus will be on technique of freestyle and backstroke with an introduction to breaststroke and butterfly. This is a seasonal group, and swimmers will not compete in meets. Swimmers must be comfortable in the water and have a basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke.
