Before joining our team, we ask that you come to have your swimmer evaluated for group placement and learn more about our team.   This evaluation will help determine your swimmer's correct group placement and give you an opportunity to talk to the coaches and parents of swimmers currently on the team.  The only requirement for your swimmer is to be able to swim 25 yard freestyle and  25 yard backstroke.  Please have your swimmer bring a suit, goggles and towel.

If your swimmer does not meet the above requirements, FCST also offers a pre-competitive program and swim lessons.  Information about these fall programs will be available soon.

New Swimmer Evaluation Dates have been set for the 2008-2009 Season. The new season will begin at the end of August:

July:  Tuesday 7/15
          Tuesday 7/22
          Monday 7/28
 All July evaluations will be at the Don Cook Nat from 6:30 - 7:30 PM

August: (tentative) 8/12, 8/19, 8/21  (Place and times TBA)

If you would like your swimmer to be evaluated, please email Karen at tryoutfcst@swimfcst.com with the following information 
             - Evaluation Date your swimmer will attend
             - Swimmer's name
             - Swimmer's age and birthdate
             - Parent name
             - Previous swimming experience
             - Contact Phone number
             - If you are interested in swimming in New Territory or First Colony area

* You may come to an evaluation date even if you didn't email the above information . We are just using that information for planning purposes.

The 2009 Registration documents are posted in the right hand side of this page. You will also receive a folder, at the Evaluation, that contains the registration documents.  If you decide to join after the evaluation, please fill out the Registration Form, and Medical Release Form  then mail them along with your Registration Fees (USS and First Colony) and escrow fees to the PO box or you can drop it in the FCST mailbox at the Don Cook Natatorium.  It is important that you state the Swimmer's Group name, they were assigned to, on the Registration Form.

NOTE: Full and partial scholarships are available to swimmers that qualify.
