Developmental Groups
  • These groups are for athletes ages 14-18.
  • Their practice attendance should exceed 75% per month.
  • They must attend one full meet a month as well as the highest level championship meet available to them.
  • These groups are for athletes ages 13-18.
  • Their practice attendance ranges between 3-7 days a week depending on the group.
  • They must attend one full meet a month as well as the highest level championship meet available to them.
  • These groups are for athletes ages 9-13 depending on the group.
  • Their practice attendance ranges between 3-5 days a week depending on the group.
  • They must attend one full meet a month as well as the highest level championship meet available to them.
  • These groups are for athletes ages 5-12 depending on the group.
  • Their practice attendance ranges between 2-3 days a week depending on the group.
