First Colony Wins Gulf Open Water Champs!

Congratulations to all FCST swimmers who participated in the 2012 Gulf Open Water Championships!  FCST won the combined team title with 396 points and the men’s title with 200 points. The ladies placed 2^nd with 196 points.

Leading FCST were our individual event winners: Bryan Pan- 10 & Under 800 Free, Madison Varisco- 15 & Over 800 Free, Christopher Yeager- 13 & 14 2 mile, and Corey Duke- 15 & Over 2 mile.

Other swimmers placing in the top 3 were Caitlyn Thompson (2^nd- 11 and 12 800 free), Alicia Finnigan (2^nd – 13-14 2 mile), Shelby Fruge (3^rd- 15 & Over 2 mile), and Barrett Roberts (3^rd- 13-14 2 mile).

Congratulations all FCST swimmers, especially to those who participated in their first ever Open Water swim!
