FCST Announces New IMX Program

 
First Colony Swim Team is happy to announce our new IMR and IMX Program.  The goal is to have well-rounded athletes who are capable of developing all strokes and the individual medley.   Athletes will be awarded for many levels.   Please click here to read more about the program.
