USA Swimming Athlete Exec Committee Newsletter

The USA Swimming Athlete Executive Committee just published their 3rd newsletter. You can read the newsletter here. The newsletter discusses the USA Swimming Convention, which will be held in California September 10-15th. FCST has three athlete representatives attending:
