4 FCST Swimmers Attend All-Star Camp!

4 FCST swimmers recently participated in the annual All-Star Camp, Nov 1-3, sponsored by the Texas Swimming Association. 2 swimmers from each age (11-14), gender, and LSC are selected based on IMX scores from the previous long course season. Campers had a workout each day, along with classroom sessions from Scott Colby (USA Swimming Sport Performance Consultant), Liz Hoendervoogt (Safe Sport Coordinator). National team members Cammile Adams and Michael McBroom were also on hand to work with the athletes. 

FCST Swimmers earning this invitation were: Ashley Harmon, Victoria Tillman, Bryanna Vazquez, and Chris Yeager. Coach Dana Skelton was also a part of the All-Star camp coaching staff. Swimmers are pictured (L to R).
