FCST Masters On Top 10 List

The USMS Top 10 Postings are in for the 2013 Long Course Season, and FCST Masters (adult program) is on the map. The Top 10 list is something that USMS does every season to name the swimmers who posted the top 10 times in the nation that season. FCST Masters had two swimmers who received this honor for times achieved this past summer.

On the women's side, Amber Smolik was not only the only woman in the 30-35 age group out of all of the teams in the Houston area to get a top 10 time, but she got 5 top 10 times! She had the 8th best time in the nation in the 50 free (29.31), 6th in the 100 free (1:04.06), 2nd in the 100 breast (1:21.48) and posted the fastest time in the nation in the 50 breast (36.60) and the 200 IM (2:38.46). 
 

Devon Asphall represented the men's side with a Top 10 time in the 200 Fly (3:03.29) which ranked him 7th in the 18-24 range out of the whole nation.

These are HUGE accomplishments and we are all proud that they represented FCST Masters so well.
