B. Tuesday -Friday-  Office Hours Resume Regular schedule (9-5)

II. Practice Changes This Week:

A.  Monday : Schedule changes for YMCA groups Click HERE

B.  Monday : Please follow Holiday Schedule Click HERE

C. Tuesday: Junior 1 First Colony Move to Settlers Park 6:00-7:15

D. Tuesday:  Normal schedule resumes for most groups. Please check Group pages as some groups have an altered schedule due to the AC long course configuration.

E. Saturday:  Watch for posting of Saturday Schedule
