New! FCST Dryland Director

FCST is excited to announce the hiring of Markell Lyng full time as FCST's Dryland Director.  Markell has worked  for FCST  in many different capacities and over the last couple of years has been running the dryland program for our Senior swimmers.  Hiring her full time will now allow her to conduct dryland training for all of the swimmers in the Developmental,  Age Group and Senior programs.   She will also start running various youth and adult fitness and triathlon clinics. So watch for her class programs to be published soon you may see something that interests you!
