Parent's Meeting - Dryland Education

Hi FCST Parents-

For those of you that don’t know me, I am the Dryland Director for First Colony Swim Team. I have been coaching for FCST since 2001, and I have recently taken this new full-time position. I will be holding a Dryland Education Parent’s Meeting on Saturday March 29^th at 10:30 am at the Settler’s Park Clubhouse (3010 Settler’s Way Blvd, Sugar Land, 77479). This meeting will help explain the importance of dryland training and explain why FCST does dryland differently than a lot of teams. I will also be answering questions anyone may have about dryland training.
