Congratulations Simone- New American Record Holder

Congratulations to Simone Manuel, who broke the American record in the 100 yard freestyle twice at the NASA Junior National Championship Cup! In prelims, Simone went a 46.83, breaking the previous American record held by Natalie Coughlin from 2011. In finals, Simone led off the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 46.75. These swims are the fastest two swims by any American female swimmer EVER!
