FCST Triathlon Club Kick-off and Free Bike Flat Changing Clinic

 Did you know FCST now has a Triathlon Club for youth and adults? FCST Triathlon Club offers training sessions, coached lake swims, tip and helpful hints, discounts to triathlon classes and clinics, and free clinics on different triathlon related topics. Join us in the parking lot at Settler’s Park (3010 Settler’s Way Blvd., 77479) on May 3^rd, 10:30-12:00 to learn about FCST Triathlon Club. Bicycle World of Houston will be doing a free clinic at 11:00 on how to change a flat on your bike. You can bring your bike and participate or you can just watch and learn. Coach Markell, head of the FCST Triathlon Club, will be there to answer any questions you may have about the triathlon club. Bring your friends!!!
