Incase you didn't know, I teach Adult Fitness and Conditioning Classes. These classes are open to all adults, so feel free to tell your friends about it. We would love to have you and your friends join the classes. The class info is below.

FCST Fall Fitness and Triathlon Classes
Triathlon Strength and Performance Class:
Strength and Conditioning class seeking to accommodate the needs of a triathlete, swimmer or individual wanting to gain fitness or strength.
Class 50 minutes of Strength and Conditioning. The class is circuit based class so it is a great fit for you no matter what your age or level of fitness. From someone trying to lose a significant amount of weight, to a very competitive triathlete, this class will help you meet your goals. If you are dropping-in, you must register prior to each class.
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Session: Runs monthly starting September 2nd
Location: FCCA Classroom
Time: 5:30-6:20 AM
Registration Fee: $10 one time only
Cost: $12/class drop-in rate, $75/monthly (non-refundable)

Adult Cross-Training
Strength and Conditioning class designed to work all body parts in all planes of motion. This class is for adults looking to get fit, stay healthy, or take their sport to a higher level. This is a fast-paced circuit based class that can accommodate all fitness levels. If you are bored with your fitness routine, tired of getting injured, or not making the progress you want, give this class a try.

Adult Core and Flexibility:
Everyone has a core, but many people don’t know how to use it or how it really helps in life and activities. This class is designed to functionally work the core in the body’s three planes of motion. The class will also focus a lot of attention on increasing flexibility in a functional way to help with life activities, fitness, and sports. Participants will need to bring their own exercise mat.

Water Aerobics Class:
Water aerobics is a great way to gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in a low impact manner. Water aerobics places less stress on the joints than land based aerobics classes. This class is good for all fitness levels. Water weights are optional.

Location: Settler's Park Pool (3010 Settler's Way Blvd, 77479) (location will change when it gets cold outside)
