Perseverance pays off - Day 4 of Southern Senior Zones

The sport of club swimming can be physically and mentally demanding. However, when you have the support of your teammates behind the blocks, cheering you on the sides of the pool, and on the other side of the pool you feel empowered to complete the task at hand with all that you have physically and mentally.
