FCST Team Newsletter and Information:

  • 2017 FCST Monster Training. Monster Training is an annual tradition that swim teams across the country participate in. It is a way for FCST to help promote the importance of training through the winter holiday break. Monster Training will follow the Holiday Training Practice Schedule and any swimmer that attends 100% of the practices offered during this time will receive a special prize. Winter holiday training, just like summer training, is a great time for swimmers to focus on getting a lot done without worrying about school homework and tests. This can also be a fun way for swimmers to meet new friends who share and understand their passion for swimming.  CLICK HERE for more information.
  • Our 2017 fundraiser is well underway. We are excited to start getting prizes out to our winners! The earlier you turn your packet back in, the more chances you have at winning some awesome prizes! The deadline for receiving donations back to our office is November 30th- thatýs only 3 short weeks away! Accounts who do not receive their minimum donation of $100 will be billed that amount on December 1st. It is easy to get those envelopes out to your family and friends and get way more than $100 for your team. Let's go FCST!

*Families are responsible for communicating meet entry issues with their athletes respective coach, as their primary coach is most responsible for their athletes training and competitive plan.

**Once the final entry deadline has passed, no changes may be made on FCSTs' end. Athletes can deck-enter at the meet (if allowed by meet management) at their own expense and with coachs permission. This is not the most ideal way to enter a meet having schedules planned ahead of time is very beneficial to the athlete.
