  • Congratulations to Mandy and the Norris Family on their newborn! Welcome Jax to the world! We are excited for them!
  • Awesome job Lexi Harkrider (Pre-Senior 2, FC)! She placed first in at the Houston Kids Triathlon as the overall Female Champ in the X-Division! Great job!

  • FCST Splash N' Dash -  Registration is now open for the 4th Annual Youth Splash N' Dash presented by FCST!     CLICK HERE for more info and to register! 
  • FCST Learn to Swim Private Lessons for Children and Adults - We will have 5 - 30 minute sessions each Saturday morning, 8:30am, 9:10am, 9:50am, 10:30am and 11:10am. Space is limited so register early. *Adult LTS times are similar but may vary based on instructor availability.      CLICK HERE for more information!
  • NEW ADULT LESSONS and MASTERS NOVICE PROGRAM - Have you ever wondered about swimming as an adult? Did you swim as a kid and wonder if you could again? FCST’s Masters program has something to offer you, whatever your current skill level!  We also offer a discount on masters & novice practices to parents with swimmers on the competitive team.

All White and Red Groups. Blue 1, Blue 2, AG1, AG2, and PS1  (11/12 year old swimmers with 2 B times or less)

Apr. 17 and Apr. 20 TBA
May Gulf Open, May 18 - 20. TBA

All Pre-Senior and Age Group swimmers. Blue 1 and Blue 2 with 3 B times or more

*Families are responsible for communicating meet entry issues with their athletes respective coach, as their primary coach is most responsible for their athletes training and competitive plan.

**Once the final entry deadline has passed, no changes may be made on FCSTs' end. Athletes can deck-enter at the meet (if allowed by meet management) at their own expense and with coachs permission. This is not the most ideal way to enter a meet having schedules planned ahead of time is very beneficial to the athlete.
