FCST places: 6th Combined, 13th for the Girls, 3rd for the Boys

What a great weekend of fast swimming and support from teammates. We had muliple finals swims every night and started Thursday night with great 1000 Fr swims. We had huge improvements in all of our distances and strokes. The 400 IM, the cornerstone of our program, made huge strides and improvements. We will continue this path of improvement. 

At the same time,congratulations to Anthony Liu on obtaining his first Junior National Time Standard in the 100 FL! Anthony is an incredible example of what a hard working and coachable swimmer can achieve. Anthony started in our Blue 2 group and has worked his way up through our group. This is the kind of meet a team needs heading into another weekend of racing in Federal Way, WA. Thank you parents and swimmers for the support we will continue this improvement heading into our Monster/ Winter Training.
