Need For Speed Age Group Challenge! Congratulations Winners!

Hello FCST Age Group Program,

The coaching staff is very excited to share with you the results from the Need for Speed Challenge that we did at the end of Monster Training. The entire Age Group Program participated in a series of events at practice in the beginning of January. The events were all with fins on so that the kids would get a feeling of going as fast as possible. Coaches recorded times and we have combined them all together for results as an Age Group Program regardless of age. The events were a 100 Free Kick, a 75 Fly, a 75 Back, a 75 Breaststroke w/either Free or Fly Kick, and a 250 Freestyle. The 11 and Unders all participated in a Mini Cumberland Special and the 12 and overs all participated in the Cumberland Special.

The Mini was a straight swim for time of a 250 Free, 200 IM, 150 Back, 100 Breast and a 50 Fly.

The Cumberland Special is a straight swim of a 500 Free, 400 IM, 300 Back, 200 Breast and a 100 Fly.
