Shattering Goals with Two Weeks to Go
Howdy Families,
We have officially hit the halfway mark of our 2021 Team Fundraiser. So far, we have raised over $40,000.00 from 164 families who have created their account. What an accomplishment!!! And to think we have two weeks to go to exceed our goal! We truly are in this together, and you- the FCST Family- have stepped up in a major way to support your child(ren) and their team. THANK YOU!!!
It is now time to reach out to those final potential donors. This can be done by adding additional emails to your Snap Raise account, by sharing our campaign on all your social media accounts, by texting your friends and family with our campaign link, or by reaching out to your company’s HR department to see if they have a company match program. Some companies that have these programs include Shell, Chevron, Schlumberger, Toyota, Ford, Pepsi, IT companies, and many, many others. This week, check with your HR department or look in your employee newsletters and benefits brochures to find out the process for your company. Any money your company matches can be attributed to your swimmer and will count toward our individual prizes!
Snap Raise is offering prizes for completed accounts with 20 or more uploaded email addresses, including some great gear from Under Armor and Nike. They are also offering the top individual earner their choice of a Nike Reign Backpack or a pair of Beats by Dre Wireless Headphones! These prizes are only available to completed accounts with 20 or more email addresses and over 5 donations. These prizes are also offered on top of the annual FCST membership discounts we are offering to our top 5 individual earners!

Grand Prize for Top Fundraising Coach
The coach who raises the most money per athlete will be awarded a pizza and bowling party featuring Coach Pete with their entire group(s).
As of today’s halfway mark, Coach Ben has raised the most money, CLOSELY followed by Coach Trenton.
But remember- this prize for the group who earns the most money PER SWIMMER.

- 1st Place- One Full Year of Individual's Swim Team Monthly Dues (not including registration, pool use, or meet fees)
- 2nd Place- 80% off Individual's Swim Team Monthly Dues for one year (not including registration, pool use, or meet fees)
- 3rd Place- 60% off Individual's Swim Team Monthly Dues for one year (not including registration, pool use, or meet fees)
- 4th Place- 40% off Individual's Swim Team Monthly Dues for one year (not including registration, pool use, or meet fees)
- 5th Place- 20% off Individual's Swim Team Monthly Dues for one year (not including registration, pool use, or meet fees)

The deadline for donations to be counted towards grand prizes will be March 23rd , 2021. Any money received following the deadline will still be gladly accepted, but will not count toward prize totals. Grand totals of individuals only will be calculated. Donations may not be transferred to/from another individual; nor may they be combined with another individual.
This year’s fundraiser officially began on February 23rd; and the deadline for money to be returned for the Grand Prizes will be March 23rd. (These dates were pushed back from the original welcome email due to Winter Storm Uri.) In the event, that an FCST family does not participate in the Fundraiser, they will be billed on March 30th $100.00 per swimmer, with a maximum of $200.00 per family. The fundraiser agreement is part of FCST’s registration packet that all families signed when they registered for the team.
