Head Age Group Coach Ben dedication to the the program has ensured the long term development of the majority of FCST athletes! The cornerstone of all practice schedules! His persistence allows swimmers to develop in all four strokes and no matter the distance! Always willing to learn in order to share with his swimmers! Thank you!

A: I have been the Head Age Group Coach for FCST the past 6 years. I started leading the AG3 group my first season and then took over the Pre-Senior 3 group for the past 5 years.

B: My favorite part about the sport of swimming must be the swim meets! I love seeing swimmers compete and surprise themselves with the amazing things that they do after all their hard work.

C: My favorite event as a swimmer was the 200 Backstroke because I loved charging the wall for the 2nd 100 and pulling away from people on the 3rd 50.

D: One of the things that I miss most from growing us a swimmer is going to eat after Saturday morning practice with friends at Waffle House!

E: Enjoy the journey and have fun along the way. Time goes by fast so cherish the time and people that you are with in the moment.
