Coach Adrian is currently the coach of AG3FC and S2FC. A behind the scenes kind of person, he coordinates social media and marketing for the team! Enjoys the process of improving on a daily basis and is always eager to learn something new. Thank you!

1. Been with FCST for 6 years, 6 with AG3FC, 3 with B1BFC, and 2 years with S2FC.

2. The process of daily improvement/ progress of teams and of course the racing at swim meets.

3. My favorite event is the 100 FL as a swimmer and the 200 IM as a coach.

4. I enjoy being outside, hiking, getting better at cooking and new experiences!

5. The journey is the reward, enjoy it!
