Feb. Volunteer of the Month: Emily Quintanilla

Feb. Volunteer of the Month: Emily has helped the team and swimmers so much by making sure we have the best spirit outfitting and is distributed to all of our locations! We can't thank you enough for sharing your time in helping FCST be of the best teams in the nation. Her son Henry swims for AG1FC and loves to race and create bonds with teammates! Thank you!

How long have you been with FCST?

-This is our 2nd year.

What is your favorite part of swimming?

-The avenue it provides to develop qualities like work ethic and perseverance while making friends and having fun.

Favorite part of swim meets?

-Seeing the kids navigate new challenges and watching them cheer each other on along the way

Favorite stroke?

-I don’t think I have a favorite. My favorite events to watch are probably the IMs, but I also enjoy the longer events because the bell ringing is fun, and I appreciate the grit involved.
