FCST Swimmers Showcase Versatility in IMX & IMR Events at Oct Dual Meet.

Great job to all the FCST swimmers that competed over the weekend (Oct. 21-23) at the Training Pool. We had a fantastic Dual meet against DADS club swim team. Thank you for the great competition all weekend. We also want to thank all the parent volunteers and officials that allow us to host amazing swim meets for the swimmers.

The weekend offered a glimpse of what is possible with many events being offered. 200 IM and 50 Fr kicked off Friday night and the 11–12-year-olds finished off the session with some great racing. The 13&up got their first go at the 400 IM on Saturday. Everyone got an opportunity to show of their endurance and speed in the 500 Fr.

The coaches received a lot of information on where the groups need to improve on and the direction needed in order to hit the highest level of performance in February. Many swimmers completed their IMX and IMR events. Other swimmers achieved new GULF Age Group Champs time or Southern Senior time standards. We look forward to the next swim meet at Don Cook, Nov. 11-13, against FLEET and TWST. Thanks for the support!
