1^st Place- Katy Aquatics (1461.5 points)

2^nd Place- First Colony Swim Team (1182 points)

3^rd Dads Club Swim Team (758.5 points)

The Ducks of First Colony Swim Team (FCST) took second place at the Katy High School Natatorium in the 2023 Gulf B & Under Champs Meet in Katy, TX with 1182 points. That is awesome!

Saturday and Sunday morning were led off with the girls, and all the coaches were amazed and proud of their performance and their support for each other. They even supported the other teams giving them high fives after their races. From the smiles on their faces, you could see how happy they were that their hard work paid off. Not only did they perform well in their induvial events, but the relays were great as well. Good job girl ducks!

The boys finished the Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions with amazing swims and time drops.  While creating memories with their teammates and coaches they learned the concept on being a swim family. Although the boys cheered for each other in their individual events, they were most excited about the relays. They were jumping up and down, screaming at the top of their lungs, and were excited for their teammates no matter what they placed. Our boys raced their hearts out and left everything in the pool, their training for the past three months paid off. Way to go boys!

FCST would like to thank all our family and friends that were able to make the commitment to come and support the team for the swimmers and teammates. We would also like to thank the families that stepped up to time at the meet throughout the weekend. The team will go on our break and start practice back up in September. Congratulations to the 12 & Unders that committed to working hard for this meet and taking second place! Go Ducks!
