FCST Places First At Nov Tri Meet; Great Competition from TWST & FLEET!
The First Colony Swim Team family got together on November 10-12, 2023 at the FBISD Training pool to compete against FLEET and TWST for our third meet of the 2023-2024 SC Season.
After an exciting weekend of racing with 13 &over in the morning and 12 &under in the afternoon we saw our team winning first place. Thank you FCST swimmers for your effort and enthusiasm as we continue our training towards Championship season!
1st Place : First Colony Swim Team
2nd Place : Cypress Fairbanks Swim Club
3rd Place : The Woodlands Swim Team
Friday night started with all age groups swimming the 200 IM and 11&over swimming the 500 FR.
During the weekend we kicked off each session with the always exciting relays, where we saw our team finishing top 3 as detailed below :
200 FR relays :
10 &under : Girls A relay 1st place - Boys A relay 1st place
11-12 : Girls A relay 3rd place - Boys A relay 1st place
13-14 : Girls A relay 2nd place - Boys A relay : 2nd place
200 Medley relays :
10 &under : Girls A relay 2nd place - Boys A relay 3rd place
11-12 : Girls A relay 2nd place - Boys A relay 1st place
13-14 : Boys A relay 2nd place, B relay 3rd place
Throughout the weekend we saw many swimmers achieving best times, Gulf Age Group Champs and Southern Senior Champs cuts. Congratulations
to all of you!
We are now in full preparation with all the December Championship Meets in mind. Thank you to all FCST swimmers and families for your continuous support!
