GULF RICE Open Water Carnival Twin Lakes - Manvel, TX What a great showing of FCST swimmers at the annual RICE Open Water Carnival in Manvel, TX! We had 31 swimmers from all the 9 - 10 age group, 11 - 12, age group, and the 13 - 14 age group. Swimmers competed in the 800 meter, 1 mile swim, and 2 mile swim. From the results the Gulf will select a team to represent the Gulf the Open Water Festival in Fort Myers, Florida in April of 2019....
