FCST currently has 10 FCST age group swimmers (ages 12-14) living and training at the Olympic Training Center. All swimmers were selected based off their practice attendance percentage. Part-Time Assistant - Listed 2/6/2014 The First Colony Swim Team is looking for a part-time assistant swim coach to join our staff. Applicants must have competitive swimming knowledge either as a coach or swimmer. Practice times range from 4:00- 7:30 pm, depending on the group, and some weekend help may be required. FCST Mile Meet a Success! (Revised from previous announcement) 52 FCST swimmers braved the cold and rain on a Sunday morning to compete in the annual FCST Mile Meet. In a fun and unique format, the meet consisted of 1 event (1650 freestyle), and was seeded with all ages & genders mixed for each heat.
