FCST Races to First at 8&U SC Champs Meet! 71 FCST 8&U swimmers traveled to Friendswood this past Saturday (2/15) for the annual 8&U SC Champs Meet. FCST finished first place as a team at this meet, one of 3 8&U meets sponsored by Gulf Swimming. The dates for our Nitro trip have changed. Please mark your calendars for June 7-9, 2014 (Sat-Mon). We appreciate allowing us to make this change to the trip, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. FCST is excited to announce the hiring of Markell Lyng full time as FCST's Dryland Director. Markell has worked for FCST in many different capacities and over the last couple of years has been running the dryland program for our Senior swimmers. Hiring her full time will now allow her to conduct dryland training for all of the swimmers in the Developmental, Age Group and Senior programs.
