Attention Visiting Swimmers: We know that the holiday season involves travel. FCST welcomes visiting swimmers who are in town with family during the holiday schedule. Please read our visiting swimmer policy, print a copy, and deliver it to the FCST office BEFORE you plan to attend practice (you can fax a copy to 281-969-8759). This includes alumni college swimmers who are in town visiting family. Please note that ALL swimmers must be USA Swimming registered. There is no exception to this policy. You must have proof of your USA Swimming membership....

FCST had a great weekend of racing at Gulf Senior Champs and FCST swimmers had numerous lifetime best swims throughout the weekend. Overall the women of FCST won the women’s meet with 484 points and the men overall finished 7th with 156 points. Combined FCST took 2nd place overall with 640 points just slightly behind the Woodlands who had 668. Simone Manuel took the women’s high point award with 133 points. FCST Sprints through November FNR Meet! The FCST swimmers took to the pool last Friday, Nov 22, for the second of two “Friday night at the Races” meets this season. FNR meets are designed to keep each family, age group, and achievement level together for a quick meet in lieu of traditional practice. For this FNR meet, FCST traveled to the Lamar CISD Natatorium in Rosenburg, TX, for racing under the bubble. Swimmers were allowed to compete in 3 of 4 races offered. Meet highlights...
