Nov 22, 2013 Age Group and Developmental groups compete in November Open! This past weekend, 255 FCST age group and developmental swimmers competed in the November Open meet, held at Cypress-Ranch High School, hosted by Lone Star Swim Team. For some athletes, this meet serves as a chance to swim some events for the first time this season, while others get to re-swim events from October. FCST Masters On Top 10 List The USMS Top 10 Postings are in for the 2013 Long Course Season, and FCST Masters (adult program) is on the map. The Top 10 list is something that USMS does every season to name the swimmers who posted the top 10 times in the nation that season. MONSTER WEEK 2013-14 What is Monster Week? Monster Week is an annual tradition in which many swim teams across the country participate. Monster Weeks take place at each level of competitive, year-round swimming, including USA Swim Clubs, YMCA teams, high school programs, and collegiate programs. It’s designed to be the most physically challenging phase of training throughout the season.
