395 FCST athletes joined in the fun for the annual Red/White/Blue Challenge, held Sept 27-28 at the FBISD Training Pool. This is one of the few meets annually where each FCST athlete can compete together at the same meet session, regardless of training group or training site.   Making the meet fun is splitting the FCST athletes into 3 different teams with team captains and team cheers. Five FCST swimmers  have been named to USA Swimming's 2013-2014 Scholastic All America Team, which is  comprised of student athletes with at least one year of high school who have earned at least a 3.5 GPA as well as minimum time standards established by USA Swimming.  Congratulations to Jonathan Drewes, Alicia Finnigan, Simone Manuel, Delia Weber and Arthur Yuen!  A complete list of distinguished Gulf swimmers can be found HERE .

Simone and Maddie Shine at Pan Pacs in Australia! Simone Manuel and Maddie Locus represented Team USA at the Pan Pacific Championships in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia this past week. The Pan Pacific meet is held every 4 years during the midpoint between the Olympic Games.
