Congratulations to the 53 FCST swimmers who competed at KATY B&Under Champs on July 21st & 22nd. FCST 12&Unders had a fantastic meet and acheived more than 75 USA Swimming Motivational times, many of which were first time standards for swimmers! Congratulations to FCST swimmers who traveled to Austin, Texas on July 11th-15th for the Texas Club Champsionships meet.  FCST had a strong showing at the meet with the nine swimmers who competed over the course of the four day meet which resulted in new Sectional and TAGS times! Congratulations to the FCST swimmers who competed at GULF Summer Champs on July 12th-15th.  The team did a great job and finished in second place swimming away with new FCST team records, TAGS times, and Sectional times! Congratulations to Jordan Dorado for breaking his 8&U 50 Back (40.68) and 100 back (1:28.24) yet again!  Jordan has continued to lower his records each time he jumps in the pool and this weekend was no different!  Jordan broke his records not only in his prelim swims but also in his final swims. ...

Congratulations to 15-yr-old Simone Manuel, who was selected to represent USA Swimming at the Junior Pan Pacific Championships in Hawaii this August.  Twenty 18 & Under females were selected based off their results at the 2012 Olympic Trials. Simone was the fastest high school swimmer in the 50 free and the 2nd fastest high school swimmer in the 100 free at Olympic Trials. Both of her swims rank her in the top 100 in the world!   USA Swimming released the 2012 Club Excellence results, and FCST has been named a USA Swimming GOLD MEDAL Club! This is the first time FCST has achieved this honor, and FCST is the only Texas team to make the Top 20 this year!  The Club Excellence Program identifies the top 18 & under clubs based strictly on performance. The top 20 clubs are named Gold Medal clubs, the next 80 clubs are named Silver Medal clubs, and the remaining clubs with a Junior National qualifier are named Bronze Medal...
